Plastic Fabrication For Retail Display Hardware

Plastic fabrication refers to the process of designing, manufacturing and assembling plastic products using various techniques such as machining, cutting, and welding. This process involves the conversion of raw plastic materials into finished parts, components, and products that can be used in a wide range of industries such as grocery, packaging, retail, industrial supply, and medical.

Beyond the Catalog

At Kinter, our mission is to make display hardware effortless for retailers.

Tell us what you need and when you need it, and we’ll work out the logistics to make it happen. We won't stop working until your retail display challenge has been solved.

Plastic Fabrication Services

Plastic fabrication services can be used to create a wide variety of products such as display cases, acrylic stands, restaurant table signs, shelving, plastic sign holders, and custom plastic display components.

Are you looking to create custom plastic products to meet specific requirements and specifications? Kinter can help.

There are several plastic fabrication methods our teams use:

  • Plastic routing uses a cutting tool to remove material from a plastic sheet in a desired shape following a pre-programmed path or template. This process can be performed manually or using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine technology to create custom plastic parts and components that require a high degree of accuracy and precision. Plastic routing is commonly used in a variety of industries, including signage, advertising, retail display, and packaging.
  • Chemical-based plastic welding uses chemicals to melt and fuse plastic parts together, creating a strong and seamless bond that is airtight as well as resistant to wear and tear. In addition to display products and industries, chemical welding is often used in the production of tanks, pipes, and other plastic components that require airtight seals.
  • Sonic welding, also known as ultrasonic welding, is a method of joining plastic parts together using high-frequency sound vibrations. During the welding process, the plastic parts are held together under pressure and subjected to high-frequency sound waves, causing the plastic to melt and fuse together. Sonic welding is often used in the production of medical products, automotive components, and consumer goods in addition to display products and industries.
