1. Sponsor. This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by K International, Inc. d/b/a Kinter, 3333 Oak Grove Ave, Waukegan, IL 60087 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on 8/1/2026 and ends on 10/15/2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete and submit the form at https://kinter.com/grocery-esl-transition with the required information (first name, last name, company, email). Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase, payment, or additional consideration of any kind is required to enter or to be eligible to win.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Apple AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation - White, Model: MXP93LL/A or available equivalent. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $179. Actual value may vary based on market price at time of award. No cash or other substitution permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Odds. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about 10/16/2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 5 days of selection.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery. Winner must respond to notification within 5 days or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will deliver the prize (or written notice of the prize's cash/retail value, at Sponsor's option) within 30 days of winner confirmation, consistent with applicable state law.
8. Use of Entrant Information. Information submitted will be used by Sponsor to fulfill the Giveaway and may also be used to follow up regarding Kinter's ESL products and services, consistent with Sponsor's privacy policy at https://kinter.com/privacy-policy.
9. Tax Liability. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if the prize value exceeds $600.
10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
11. Disputes. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
