An Issue With In-Store Unit Lifespan
The retailer’s former display, from a well-known retail fixture manufacturer, was a mix between premanufactured and custom parts. The design however, could not hold up to the rough in-store conditions and resulted in a shorter a lifespan of the units. As a result, the retailer was forced to frequently replace units, increasing costs and frustration.
Custom Retail Display Innovation
Kinter’s Engineering Lab recreated the display fixture for kayaks according to the retailer’s specifications, adding custom-designed components to increase strength and durability.
Additionally, our efficient metal fabrication process helped reduce costs, delivering a retail fixture that was not only tailored to the product it displayed but also longer lasting and more cost-effective.
But Kinter didn’t only design and manufacture the equipment display units: our secondary operations services allowed for on-time kitting and shipping to all of the outdoor sports retailer’s locations.
